Being that this is a small business, processing typically takes up to 7 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping and BR delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped, or you will be contacted personally for BR delivery.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. Please note that returns or exchanges are only accepted if the issue is due to an error on our part. Thank you for your understanding.

If you stay in the metro Baton Rouge area, you do not have to pay for shipping! We will schedule a pickup or personal delivery time that will work for you. Processing and delivery times still apply.

Our BR delivery/pickup is usually available during the school year but might be unavailable during the summer due to location differences. Please contact wickedweftz@gmail.com for more details on how to schedule BR delivery/pickup during the summer.
