RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns unless the issue was due to an error on our part. However, eligible items may be returned for store credit if they are unworn, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. If eligible, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and reported within 14 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange.
Do you accept refunds?
Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged items or order errors made on our part. To be eligible, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. All other sales are final.
How could I be eligible for store credit?
To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the items are in resellable condition. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued accordingly.
